The Number of Man: The Climax of Civilization $15.00
Review by Greg Durand Date Added: Monday 10 March, 2008
If the reader is willing to spit out the few bones of Mauro\'s earlier Dispensational views (i.e. a seven-year tribulation, a pre-tribulation rapture of the Church, and a literal earthly millennium), this volume offers valuable insight into the war of the worldviews facing today\'s Christian. The budding ideologies of the early 1900s which Mauro describes have now reached their full bloom in our own day. I don\'t want to spoil the ending for anyone, so I will just say that I believe Mauro accurately predicted what the final rebellion of mankind against the Creator will look like, right down to its economic, social, and religious details. Read this book along with his later commentary on Revelation and you will begin to look at current events with a new understanding.
