Dear Mr. Durand,
It has been noted by our session that several members of our Presbytery have received correspondence from you relating to Rev. Brian M. Schwertley's series on the Judicial Law. We hereby inform you that the W.P.C.U.S. Presbytery will not take up any complaint on your part until the matter has been first considered at the local session level. Our session will be happy to consider your complaint and carefully read all of the materials you have provided after you have established that you are a member of a Bible believing Reformed church. Specifically, we need the name and address of the church which currently holds your membership.
If you are not currently a member of a local church and under the authority of elders, then we would be willing to wait until you establish your membership and send us the name and address of the church and/or the contact information of the clerk of session. Our session does not consider the Matthew 18 process to be applicable to those outside the visible church (i.e. people who are unbelievers; people who have been excommunicated; or, people who refuse to join a church). Please contact us with the appropriate information and we will immediately begin an investigation of your allegations.
For Christ's Crown and Covenant,
Olev Tauts
Clerk of Session
